- Find a new 1 rep max for Back Squat!
WOD:

- 400m Run/Row
- 50 Double Unders/150 Singles
Cash Out:
- 20 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
We had 32 of you amazing athletes come in to find your new 1 rep max for Back Squat, get after it in the WOD, & work that Cash Out!
We saw HUGE weights being lifted by everyone whether you were going after a PR, setting a new 1 rep max for the first time ever, or just working on some great form & technique!

During the WOD you got to choose if you wanted to run or row. Those double unders seemed to be a pain to quite a few of you! The best part of the Cash Out for some of you too was that you were able to take your frustation from the double unders out on the Chest to Bar Pull-Ups!
