What was Painful?
Monday, 4/30/12:
Strength:
- Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 @65-75%
WOD:
- 4 Rounds:
- 20 Walking Lunges
- 10 Push Ups-Chest to Deck
- 5 Ring Dips
This WOD was a quicker one & in reality wasn't that painful for everyone. What was painful? The next few days......We have heard from a lot of you that you had some pretty sore butts and were having a hard time sitting! Maybe you got some interesting stares in public as you walk a little different, maybe moan when you go to sit down or walk down stairs? 

Congrats to those of you that went RX today on the Push-Ups and/or went down a band for Ring Dips! SO proud of Dan V 'Vegas 1' for going to the blue band on the ring dips! They looked great too!!

Anyone in the 4:30pm class feel like this WOD was specifically written for Dean the Machine???? He was ridicuously quick!!! He finished the WOD in 2:51!!

*We are changing the date of the Dodgeball Tournament. It will not be on Sunday, May 27th. It will be on Sunday, July 1st. We will also be making this event a fundraiser for our very own Jeremy K. Be on the lookout for more details soon!
*Please remember to bring a water bottle for yourself & use our water machine to fill it up when you can. We are going thru plastic cups like crazy!
*Also if you are using a shaker bottle you might want to write your name on the bottom in permanent marker. We are having quite a few left behind & we don't want them to get mixed up.
