Strength: Back Squats
WOD:
- Tabata D, D, & S
- 8 rounds each ~ :20 Work, :10 Rest
- Double Unders (Singles if you don't have D/U)
- Ring DIps
- Sit-Ups
- Score is the lowest # round you had
We had quite a few of you make the jump today to do double unders in the WOD even if you didn't feel comfortably 'safe' doing them. That is awesome & as you know, Practice makes Perfect! So, great Job to Holly, Kristian, Kate, Kyle, Taryn, & Beau who made the jump over to the 'DUBS' world! 
A few friendly Reminders about the Jump Ropes: Kirsten spent a lot of time awhile back organizing all the jump ropes & rolling them up so they wouldn't get tangled. There are many days when jump ropes are used that a few of us find ourselves at the end of classes rolling everyone's rope back up for them.
PLEASE Be respectful & roll your own rope back up & put it how you found it.
Along those lines, if you find a rope & need it to be shorter DO NOT just tie knots by the handle!!! Either fix it the right way by getting the screwdriver OR find a jump rope that works for you!
