Congrats to everyone that PR'd on their Jerk~The board had a bunch of circles on it~Linda, Stacey, Kristin, Michelle R, Jeanne, Taryn, Lisa, Kirsten, Cam, Michelle S, Chris, & Dan V!
Kirsten has been working super hard at trying to break through on some of her strengths & go up in her weight & she definitely killed it on her Jerk! Plus, she earned one of her 'goals stars' which made it even better!! Although I don't have a picture with her 140lb Jerk where she PR'd by over 8 lbs, I do have a picture of her finishing her Hang Power Snatch from the WOD! Great Job! 

We also had 2 people that PR'd by 30 lbs!!!! Congrats to Dan V & Kristin! Once again I don't have pictures of them actually doing the Jerk movement but I do have one of Kristin doing her SDHP during the WOD! Absolutely AMAZING! 

I was home with both of our girls because they weren't feeling well so I missed out on all the fun but I heard that quite a few of you said 'You were Seeing Stars' thru this WOD! I can only imagine how long 4 rounds must have felt as you motored thru it!

Hannah is still doing her Physical Therapy so she will WOD but has to change things up sometimes so she doesn't reinjure herself. I had to laugh at this picture because Hannah loves to give silly face pictures! Thanks for always making us laugh Miss Hannah!
