If you have missed our post from October about why Jeremy & the Jeremy WOD mean so much to us, please visit this link http://www.crossfitprevail.com/wod_blog/jeremys-cancer-fight-fundraiser.html

Last week we were saddened by the news that Jeremy's cancer had come back. To support him everyone has worn their Team Jeremy shirts and/or yellow bracelets for him. Today we decided to do a modified version of the original Jeremy WOD and were very touched that Jeremy was able to be there & participate with us.

Even more touching was the fact that Jeremy got his first set of 10 unbroken pull-ups during the WOD!! Word was his team had only 12 left in that round & if Jeremy had known that he would have gone for 12 unbroken!  Way to GO Jeremy!

Teams were:

  • Jeremy K, Dean, & Colin
  • Alex & Jeremy B
  • Kirsten & Hannah
  • Laurel & Holly
  • Brandon & Randy
  • Kelly, Kristy, & Jennie
  • Tim M & Cam

Thanks to everyone that came & did the WOD or was there cheering for everyone!

Jeremy, Always remember all the people around you that love, care, & support you!!
