  • 800m Team Run (Break it up however you want-only 1 runs at a time but both have to at least do some running)
  • Next only one could work at a time-Break up the #'s however you want:
  • 50 Burpee Barrior Hops
  • 50 Ring Rows
  • 50 Jumping Lunges
  • 50 Knees to Elbows
  • 400m Run (Both run at the same time & do full 400m each)
  • 25 Burpee Barrior Hops
  • 25 Ring Rows
  • 25 Jumping Lunges
  • 25 Knees to Elbows
  • 200m Run (Both run at the same time & do full 200m each)

Now that the Open is over, how many of you are excited to get back on the regular Saturday & Sunday schedule?  Pretty sure everyone is!!  It was great to have the start of our team Saturday fun back!  And, thanks to Buckles (the Roberts dog) for joining the group pic!  Hope you had a great Birthday WOD Lexi!!

Thanks to Kelly for coaching the Rockin', Rollin', & Over 50 class today while I did the Intro Class!

R&R group:

Warm Up:

  • 250m Row
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Seal Claps
  • Dynamic with Coach

Strength:

  • Press 7-7-7
  • 60%-65%-70%

WOD:

  • 1,000m Row
  • 20 Thrusters (45/33)

Cash Out:

  • Stretch!

We figured all of us that dealt with Open WOD 12.5 & those nasty thrusters that it would only be fair to have the R&R group get in on the action!  They all did great especially after the Row!

As our 9 week Challenge just ended yesterday we have heard a lot of people that are happy with their changes, others that are sorta happy, & others that are disappointed either because they dropped out of the challenge or because they stayed in but are not happy with the overall.  Remember it is up to YOU of how you want to look, what you want to eat, & how much exercise you want to get.  If you need some help reprioritizing your goals and/or eating habits, don't hesitate to ask any of the coaches or any of the other members in the gym that you feel comfortable talking to.
