Yep! You read the board right-The Box Jump RX heights were higher today! That meant Men had to do a 30" box and Women had to do a 24" box for it to be RX. The goal was to keep you moving & moving quickly though so if you weren't ready to move up on that box jump, the Coach might have told you to to wait for another day. Were you a Box Jump Superstar???? 
We had quite a few people that either moved up today on their box jump height (even if it wasn't quite RX) and more that went RX (Some for the first time at that box jump height!)
Congrats to Dede & Teresa for doing the 24" box, Jen for doing the 20" box for the first time, & Jon S, Kristian, and Kyle for doing the 30" box! Great job to Hannah who did RX+ by doing the 24" box & using the 44# Kettlebell! Also to Gregg who did the entire WOD RX (might have been his first one too!)
