All in the Clothes?

It was interesting to see a few of our members that switched up their workout times yesterday for different reasons & how they said their body reacted to it and if they felt stronger or weaker. Have you noticed that? Do you have your favorite time of day to work out & if you have to change the time, you feel out of sorts? Do you find yourself stronger or weaker? If you want to share your thoughts...please do in the comments section.
Had to chuckle when I saw some of the pictures & heard some of the other comments about people talking about their clothes affecting them during a specific workout. Like if their legs are fully exposed on deadlift days, or if they wore pants that were too big or long on jump rope days, yep-even some ladies that need a different bra for different workouts, maybe some guys feel they do better when they are shirtless (Don't think any of the ladies are complaining on that one!) or if they needed a certain pair of "lucky shorts or shirt" for a skill or WOD. Keeping all of that in mind, it all started to make sense of why certain people wore certain clothes yesterday. *Thank you for letting me highlight you on the blog in advance & knowing that it is all out of love & making you a celebrity! 
Look closely at Chris's shorts....yep they have ladies butts on them! And, even funnier, the moment that most of us realize what the picture on them is...normally during our side shuffle in the warm-up when HIS BUTT is right in your face! Thanks Chris for allowing us a good chuckle when you wear those shorts! Do they bring you good luck???? Because you killed the wod in under 7 minutes! 

Michelle R did a great job of doing the WOD completely RX'd & pretty sure it was because she was wearing a pretty cool t-shirt! (Those are the shirts from Jeremy's Fundraiser this past Saturday!) 

The 5:30am D.P. or Dawn Patrol class had 2 visitors join them! Pretty sure from the looks of their sweaty t-shirts they enjoyed the WOD! And, that Brandon probably said something right before he snapped this picture to make them both unsure if they should look at the camera & smile, smirk, or just look away!

We saw some pretty impressive Toes to Bar yesterday too! Remember if you can not do the full Toes to Bar you should be doing almost like a pike motion where you are keeping your legs straight & trying to raise them up to the bar instead of bringing your knees up. Some of my 9:30am friends gave me the perfect photo op during their Cash Out.
Thanks Kristy, Jeanne, Dan V, & Taryn! You all made it look SO easy especially Taryn who rocked them out quicker than I could snap pictures!

Kudos to Michelle S who pushes herself everytime she walks into the gym & takes everything to heart that the coaches say! You are doing a GREAT job & we are super proud of you!!

If you are in the need of some new dance moves, you need to come to one of the classes that Hannah is working out in! She has some amazing moves & will definitely get you laughing at her silly faces, gestures, & comments that go along with it! I promise to work on getting some more pictures for your enjoyment at home or for you to practice the same moves in the comfort of your own home, but for now, I give you this one where she was clearly busting a move & psyching herself up to lift the bar! Thanks Hannah-You ROCK! 

Charlie came to the 6:30pm class last night & it was AWESOME to see how fast he ripped out his push presses! You are a BEAST Charlie or should I say Chales as Chris calls him! Great job!
