Warm Up:

  • 250m Row
  • 15 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Mountain Climbers

Strength:

  • Press 7-7-7+ (40%-50%-60%)

WOD:

  • 400m Run
  • 15-12-9-6-3
  • Wall Balls (20/14)
  • Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 400m Run
  • So, you would do the 400m Run, then 15 Wall Balls, 15 Box Jumps, then 12 Wall Balls, 12 Box Jumps, until you get to the last 3 box jumps & then after you go for one more 400m Run.

Cash Out:
  • Work on accomplishing some goals

 


 

For the coaches, we absolutely LOVE to see the smiles on your faces when you realize that during the Cash Out, you get to work on accomplishing some of your goals!  All of us are reaching our goals at different stages & that is part of the process.  Keep PUSHING & working towards them each & every day you walk into the gym!  Even if you take only a few minutes each day after class to practice one of them, I promise you it will end up benefitting you & you will accomplish them faster!

LOTS of pictures of goals being accomplished & unfortunately some of you scooted out too quick & I didn't get to take you pic by the goals board.  Please know that it did not go un-noticed & everyone truly did accomplish something that worked on a goal whether you accomplished it or got closer! :)

I found this quote & thought it really summed up how many of us have accomplished our goals.....tired & exhausted after a WOD & just pushing thru it & making ourselves really work for it:

Jenelle met one of her goals of getting an unassisted handstand push-up!  And, she did it so well that after she did the one, she knocked out 6 more immediately after!!!  WOW!!!!  Cool

Michelle's daughter Callie was getting a lesson from her mom about the rower!

Karina & her daughter Ava had fun working out in the same class together!  It is great to see them cheering each other on & pushing each other!

Way to go on reaching one of your goals Karina!

Ava is a box jump machine!  In the time it took her to do her 9 box jumps I was only able to snap 1 picture!!  She is that quick!!

One of Ava's goals is to get a muscle up....would you believe that she got super close on her 1st attempt?!  With a little extra help & coaching from Coach Chris, she will get it in no time!

Coach Chris was on a roll helping everyone today & was working with Hannah on trying to get butterfly pull-ups.  Keep working on them Hannah.....You will definitely get them soon!
