Friday, 3/22/13:
During the Open you may have noticed that Friday's WOD's you get the choice of either completing the Open WOD from that week or make up a WOD that you missed during the week.
It has been very interesting to see what many of you choose when making up a WOD from the week. Some choose a WOD that has their favorite movements in it, some are picking WOD's that have movements that they struggle with in hopes to get better, and others are finding a buddy & just making a decision together on which WOD they want to do together.
