We offer many different memberships, to best suit everyone's needs.  The first step is to come in for a FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS, which is offered every Saturday at 10:00 am. We will schedule individual introductory classes if this time does not work for you, please contact us if you have any questions ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. To get started in CrossFit Group Classes one must complete the 3-Class Basic Elements Course.


 


 

"Basic Elements"

*Required Prerequisite for attendance to all CrossFit Group Classes

*Cost is included with your first Unlimited Monthly or 12-Class Punch Card Membership


The Basic Elements Program is designed to:

  • Provide the athlete with a basic understanding of CrossFit Methodologies
  • Expose the athlete to the most common Functional Movements we perform
  • Focus on technique and skill development
  • Stress safety for success at the next level
  • Prepare the athlete for the intensity of CrossFit Group Classes

Schedule:

  • Each session is 3 Classes in length and attendance to all 3 is required
  • Each Class runs 1:00-1:30 in length
  • Each class builds upon the previous
  • Classes usually meet M-W-F @ 7PM
  • Check the "Schedule" Tab on www.crossfitprevail.com for session offerings
  • Contact Brandon or Kristina to schedule make-ups or private Basic Elements Classes

 

 


 


Group Classes with a Personal Trainer:

*$150 - unlimited monthly - Individual

*$225 - unlimited monthly - Spouses

*$150 - 12 class Punch Card

*Drop-in (Applied only to CrossFitters who are not paying membership dues at Prevail) - $20 per drop-in

*We offer a discount to first responders (Military, Police Officers, & Fire Fighters), High School Students, & Full Time College Students.  This discount can only be applied to the individual unlimited monthly plan.  Contact us to find out if you qualify.

Prevail Kids Program Details:

 

Mini Prevail'ers ~ Ages 3-4

Wednesday’s from 5:30-5:55pm & Sunday's from 8:45-9:05am ~ $5/per class drop-in

“Mini Prevail’ers” teaches not only basic physical skills, but also social skills & confidence.  Children will learn the foundational movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.  We will also work on building movement patterns and teaching balance & basic knowledge of how the body moves.

More importantly, you will see your child also learn to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others.  Every class includes fitness games & positive reinforcement.  Your child’s confidence, both physically & mentally, will grow with each class.


Junior Prevail'ers ~ Ages 5-11

Wednesday’s from 6:00-6:45pm and Sundays from 9:15-10:00am

Our “Junior Prevail’ers” are on the road to becoming “Future Prevail’ers”.  The skills they learn are more detailed and will involve light weights.  Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, running, rowing, & stretching.  They will also work on all of the foundational movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, jumping, & gymnastics movements.

Classes include game play & positive reinforcement, as well as a quick discussion of what was learned in each class.

There will also be a focus on leadership skills.  As children progress through the program, they will be asked to model movements, lead exercises, & demonstrate an ability to verbally explain exercises to their peers.

In General our Prevail Kids Program will use a combination of skills practice, workouts, & games to build strength & conditioning in all children.  The elements included in our classes will be gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping, & more.  The goal is to make fitness FUN!  It is also designed to get the children interested in being healthy, making good choices, enjoying being active, & learning that fitness is FUN while delivering a fitness program that by design, is broad, general, & inclusive.

Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, throw, row, climb, run, lift, jump, effectively & safely as well as laugh, work as a team, be confident, challenge themselves, & become leaders, regardless of their age and whether or not they play athletics.

We will also teach the 10 General Physical Skills. These skills are the base for any sport or discipline your child may pursue.

  • Cardiovascular Endurance – Can you get enough oxygen to your body?
  • Stamina – Can you get enough energy to your muscles?
  • Strength – How much can you lift?
  • Flexibility – Can you touch your toes?
  • Power – How much work can you do in the least time?
  • Speed – How fast can you go?
  • Coordination – Can you pat your head and rub your stomach?
  • Accuracy – Can you kick a soccer ball into the net?
  • Agility – How quickly can you change direction?
  • Balance – Can you stand on one foot? With your eyes shut?

In addition to learning new skills, you will notice that your child will make better food choices, become more focused in school, transition to new sports easier, and will have a reduced risk of sports-related injuries.

Hands Down ~ You will see your child have an increased ability to learn & succeed in all areas, including other sports, once they have a base in CrossFit!
